Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All pieces are created and shipped from the United States.

Because many items are made to order or customized, processing times may vary. Please allow [15-20 business days] for production before shipment unless otherwise noted in the product listing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. At this time, [domestic / international] shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required for international orders.

Once a package is marked as delivered, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the carrier. If an issue arises, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of my work, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Worn, altered, or damaged garments

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact me within [1-3 days] of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. If the problem is determined to be a workmanship error, I will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at my discretion.

Fit & Care

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, placement, or embellishment are part of the design and should be expected.

Care instructions are provided with each garment. Improper care or handling may result in damage and is not covered under this policy.
